The majority of our small groups are actually private tours and it is because we have 2 departure dates every week, and year-round. We hope to see you again in China!

Hi Melissa Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have the best experience regarding transportation. We try our best to improve our transport logistics to deal with busy hours of Beijing and Shanghai and be more accurate and on-time. Also since you were the only passenger on that specific date, there were some complications that we sincerely apologize for that.
