Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 4/4/2026
All Seen LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as TripWays (“TripWays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates TripWays.com and related services. This Privacy and Cookie Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. (We may refer to this policy as our “Privacy Policy” or “Privacy & Cookie Policy”; it is a single document.)
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information we obtain automatically:
- Account and profile: name, email, password (stored in hashed form), and any profile details you add.
- Booking and travel: name, contact details, payment information, travel dates, party size, special requests, and any information needed to fulfill your booking (e.g., passport details if you provide them).
- Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., via contact forms, chat, or email) and records of our responses.
- Reviews and feedback: content you submit, such as reviews, photos, or ratings.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill bookings and related transactions.
- Communicate with you about your bookings, account, and support requests.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Improve our services, including analytics, product development, and security.
- Send marketing communications where you have consented or where permitted by law.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
- Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our terms.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:
- Suppliers and marketplace partners: When you book, we share information necessary to fulfill the booking (e.g., name, contact, dates, special requests) with the relevant third-party supplier (e.g., tour operators, activity providers, accommodations) and with Bokun or other booking/marketplace platforms we use. Those parties may process your data in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.
- Payment processors: To process payments, we share payment-related data with our payment service providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers where we use tokenization or similar methods.
- Service providers: Vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, customer support), under contracts that limit use of your data to providing services to us.
- Distribution and marketing partners: Where you have consented or where permitted, we may share limited information with partners for co-branded offers or marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
- Google Things to do and similar surfaces: Where you discover or book experiences that involve Google programs (for example, Google Things to do or related booking paths), TripWays and Google may act as independent controllers of certain personal data for those services, each for its own purposes and as described in Google’s terms and the Google Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms (or successor terms) where they apply. For example, names, contact details, and booking-related information may be shared with Google to facilitate discovery, transactions, measurement, or support as permitted by law and our agreements.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or to prevent fraud or harm.
When you book through our platform, information necessary to complete your booking is shared with the relevant third-party suppliers (including those accessible through the Bokun marketplace). This sharing is essential to fulfill your booking.
3A. U.S. bulk sensitive data compliance (Data Compliance Program)
TripWays maintains a Data Compliance Program (DCP)—reviewed and updated as our services and U.S. rules evolve—to help ensure we do not engage in prohibited transfers of bulk U.S. sensitive personal data (including, where applicable, categories such as precise geolocation of U.S. persons) to countries of concern or covered persons as defined under U.S. law, including rules such as the Department of Justice’s program addressing access to bulk U.S. sensitive personal data (and related regulations). The scope of the DCP depends on what data we actually collect, how much we process, and how we share it; we scale controls as volume and risk grow.
3B. Listing content and partner feeds
We use reasonable efforts so that supplier-provided listing text and media we send to distribution partners does not contain unnecessary personally identifiable information (for example, personal phone numbers or personal email addresses embedded in descriptions). Suppliers remain responsible for the content they provide.
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where our suppliers and service providers operate. We take steps so that your data receives an appropriate level of protection in line with applicable law (e.g., standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms where required).
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking and transaction data are typically retained for a period consistent with tax, regulatory, and contractual requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to our legal and operational requirements (see Section 6).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal and contractual retention needs.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability (e.g., a copy of your data in a portable format).
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage, pixels) to:
- Keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
- Understand how you use our site (e.g., analytics) to improve our services.
- Support security and fraud prevention.
- Deliver relevant content or ads where we use advertising partners.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. These include secure transmission (e.g., TLS), access controls, and secure storage. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., suppliers, partners). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
