Is it free? Do I need an account?
It is free, and there is no login to connect. You only enter your details at checkout on tripways.com, like any other booking.
TripWays does not show up in my chat
Start a new chat and check that TripWays is turned on for it. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors; in ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar. Reconnect it if you added it a while ago.
It says “too many requests” or “busy”
Wait a minute or two and ask again. Fair-use limits keep the service fast for everyone.
A date or price looks different on checkout
Seats and prices are live from the tour operator and can change. The checkout page always shows the final total before you pay.
The assistant shows photos or links from other websites
Ask it to use the TripWays link. Only tripways.com links open TripWays checkout.
What does TripWays receive from my chat?
Only the search or tour details your app sends, such as a place, a tour id, dates, and the number of travelers. Not your account with that app. The app’s own privacy terms cover what you type there. Details: Privacy Policy, section 3D.
Also in the official MCP Registry as com.tripways/tours. Fair-use rate limits apply.
