7 Day Morocco Cultural Tour From Casablanca

Day 1: Casablanca

Arrive at the Casablanca airport and transfer to the Hotel, accommodation with breakfast.

Day 2: Visit of Casablanca in The Morning – Rabat – Meknes

After breakfast, we will start the city tour. Famous for one of the most famous films in the world, Casablanca. The modern city, full of life and industrial capital of the country. Visit the exterior of the Royal Palace, with its immense doors, the elegant district of Anfa, and the Corniche, then we will visit the Mosque of Hassan II. Optionally you can visit the interior of the Mosque, (only open until 2:00 pm). Then we will go to Rabat, the political capital of the country, we will take a tour of the city and if time allows we will visit the old Hassan tower and the Oudayas Kasbah, and then we will continue towards the wonderful city of Meknesonce in Meknes we will visit the square Lahdim and the old gate Bab El Mansour. Overnight and accommodation in your hotel or Riad.

Day 3: Meknes – Volubilis – Fez

After breakfast, we will go to visit the city, which since 1996, Unesco has designated as part of the World Heritage Site, for its representative character of an urban and architectural complex of a seventeenth-century capital of the Maghreb, which harmoniously combines elements of Islamic and European design and planning. Then we will go to the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis. In Moroccan territory, it is the archaeological site that reminds of the passage of Rome through this region. Then we will continue to the wonderful city of Fez, where we will spend the night in a hotel or Riad with dinner and breakfast.

Day 4: Fez – Visit The Medina with A Local Guide

After breakfast, we will start the visit to Fez with a local guide. We will have time to haggle in the endless souks of Fez el-Bali, have a coffee on the terraces of the new Fes, enter old Koranic schools, and contemplate the thousands of artisans performing trades forgotten in Europe. In Fez, you can live your own story of “The Thousand and One Nights” wrapped in a fantasy world, far from everything we consider normal. On a stage composed of djellaba, carpets, and wonderful lamps, Fez offers you a special and different adventure. We will have time to discover the wonderful Medina. Accommodation in Riad with dinner and breakfast.

Day 5: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Khenifra – Tadla – Béni Mellal – Marrakech

Today we will leave to Marrakech one of the best imperial cities in Morocco and one of the 10 best world destinations. The first stop will be in the city of Ifrane, the so-called Switzerland of Morocco, for its typical constructions of northern Europe. Then we will continue to Azrou and its wonderful forest of millenary cedars, where we will also be able to see the “monkeys”, coming from Gibraltar and who currently live in these forests. On our way, we will cross many Berber villages and we will take many photos of the nice panoramic views. We will arrive in Marrakech by late evening. Riad accommodation with breakfast.

Day 6: Marrakech Guided City Tour

You will have time this day to know the most beautiful of the imperial cities of Morocco. You can get lost in its medina, the authentic heart of the city formed by a labyrinth of narrow streets that will surprise us in every corner and enjoy its unique mix of colors and sensations. We will discover the most representative monuments such as La Koutoubia, twin of the Giralda of Seville, the Medersa, the Bahia palace, the Majorelle gardens, the Saadienes tombs, and so on and so forth, etc … A unique experience, stroll through the Djemaa El Fna square, the live heart of Marrakech: dancers, storytellers, jugglers, artisans, merchants, and snake charmers, mosques and minarets, palaces and gardens, souks and bazaars. Overnight at Riad with breakfast.

Day 7: Marrakech – Airport
