Day 1: Marrakech – Casablanca: 250 Km (3 Hours drive) (B, D)

Welcome to Morocco!
Arriving at Marrakech airport, you will be welcomed & assisted by our professional English-speaking assistant/guide. Transfer to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco and home to the largest Jewish community in the country.

Day 2: Casablanca – Ouazzane 270 Km ( 3h 35 min) – Chefchaouen70 Km (1 h 20 min drive) (B, D)

Morning visit to the Hassan II Grand Mosque (outside), followed by a visit to the Mellah, the Jewish quarter, with its temples and synagogues. Departure to Ouazzane, Many Jews of Morocco consider Ouazzane to be a holy city and make pilgrimages there to venerate the tomb of several marabouts (Moroccan saints), particularly Moul Anrhaz, the local name for Rabbi Amram ben Diwan, an eighteenth-century rabbi who lived in the city and whose burial site is associated with a number of miracles.

Day 3: Chefchaouen-Meknes 195 Km (3 h 30 min)-Fes 65 Km ( 53 min) (B, D)

Visit the blue pearl Chefchaoeun. Set against a wide valley and nestled between two peaks in the stunning Rif Mountains, much of Chefchaouen was recreated by Andalusian refugees escaping the Reconquista, so you might feel like you’re in the hills of Spain. Chefchaouen’s Jewish heritage is visible in one of its most distinctive characteristics: the picturesque blue-rinsed buildings that line the city’s narrow streets. The blue buildings are a remnant of a Jewish religious tradition of weaving prayer shawls with Tekhelel (an ancient blue dye). Departure to Meknes, the capital city under the reign of Moulay Ismail (1672-1727). This city is famous for its 40 km long city walls that preserve the most beautiful gate of Morocco, Bab Al Mansour. Day 4: Fes (B, D)

After breakfast, full-day sightseeing of Fes. Fez has always been considered as one of the known cities in medieval Jewish history. Step back into the Middle Ages in the labyrinth of the Medina, which is alive with craftsmen, markets, tanneries, and mosques. It was home to one of the most influential Talmudic scholars of all times, Rabbi Isaac Alfasi, as well as Maimonides in the years 1160 to 1165. Visit the Mellah with its synagogues. Explore the specialty sections that divide the souk. Visit Medressa el Attarine and the splendid Foundouk Nejjarine: a beautifully restored 18th-century inn. You’ll also visit the tanneries, known for the iconic view overlooking its dye pits, and a ceramics factory where you can see potters working in the traditional way

Day 5: Fes – Erfoud- 422 Km (6h 24 min) -Merzouga 55 Km (45 min) (B, D)

After breakfast, departure via the Middle-Atlas Mountains, passing by Ifrane and Azrou, an important handicraft center. Continuation to Erfoud. Take the 4-wheel drive cars to the gigantic Merzouga dunes, the charming Saharan village of Merzouga feels wonderfully isolated, like the modern world has left it behind. Upon arrival, a welcoming mint tea will be presented. Take the camels and enjoy an outstanding ride along the dunes to attend one of the most magnificent sunsets in the world.

Spend the night in a desert camp under the stars.

Day 6: Merzouga -Todra – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate 370 Km (5h 11 min drive) (B, D)

After breakfast in the desert, drive to Tinghir for a visit to Mellah gateway and the ancient colorful Jewish quarter. Afterward, we will drive you to Tiliit (about 5 miles from Kalaat Mgouna), known as the ancient city of Jews of the Dades. We will continue afterward to Ouarzazate. Check-in the hotel

Day 7: Ouarzazate-Marrakech 194 Km (3h 49 min) (B, D)

Visit of Ouarzazate and Taourirt Kasbahs. Departure to the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, the most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco. This was an important stop for caravans carrying salt across the Sahara. Today, it is grand kasbah, a fine example of clay architecture that has been listed as a World Heritage site. Continuation to Marrakech through the Tichka pass(2260m).

Day 8: Marrakech (B, D)

Full-day sightseeing of Marrakech is the “pearl of the south” founded by the Almoravides dynasty at the end of the 12th Century. The tour includes a morning visit to Bahia Palace, Menara garden, and the Koutoubia mosque. PM walks through the 16th-century Jewish quarter and visits the Rabbi Hanania Hacohen Cemetery, the burial place of Rabbi Mordekhai Ben Attar and Rabbi Pinhas Hacohel. Visit the souks to explore colorful alleys, and handicraft quarters, displaying a variety of items and the famous place Djemaa El Fna with its non-stop entertainment.

Day 9: Excursion Asni/Imlil 68 Km (2h drive) (B, D)

Excursion to Imlil 91 Km (2 h 7 min drive)
Imlil is a small village at the foothills of the highest mountains in Morocco Toubkal mountain. It is the center to hire mountain guides and mules due to its unique position and its connection to several Berber villages and a very popular start point of treks and hikes for climbing Toubkal mountain. leave the vehicle to take mules for around 40 minutes towards the south to the Berber village of around (Armed) (1843m) set in the upper-level foothills of the Western High Atlas mountains, the main trailhead with streams and paths branching out in all directions to get lunch which will be served in a Berber house in the village. Back to Marrakech.
Dinner at Fantasia Chez Ali, a place of 1001 nights. Enjoy authentic Moroccan food under Caidal tent with a memorable show: Belly dancers, acrobats, riders, fireworks, folk music.
