Soak Up the Sun, Sea, and Sand
The Budva Riviera is well described with miles of sand and pebble beaches and its glorious beaches. Make sure to head to the most popular tourist beaches, Bečići and Slovenska Plaza. Mogren Beach, nearby the old town and Jaz Beach, with its lovely music festivals, are other top resort zones for beach enthusiasts. Budva is also home to many little beaches like favorite Drobnji Pijesak to spend some hot summer days in the sun.
Aquapark Budva
Located on Topliš Hill, above the town, Aquapark Budva houses a playground with plenty of dripping water, buckets, and slides for kids. Make sure to enjoy the waterspouts, wave pools, a swim-up bar and lazy river over three levels, and the most exciting part: the water slides. Don’t miss out on the enthralling experience of flying down the seven slides at up to 80 km per hour.
Old Town
One of the oldest habitats on the Adriatic Sea is Budva’s old town, a 2500-year-old stunning ancient site. Meander around the city and soak up the historical palaces and churches in grey stone. You’ll find the ruins of the original settlement in front of Hotel Avala and Budva Citadel. History enthusiasts can wander through the Citadel and the old town’s museum to travel back in time and learn more about Budva’s history. Make sure to visit the ancient Santa Maria del Punta church overlooking Ričardova Glava Beach.
Catch a Boat to Hawaii
Sveti Nikola Island, also named Hawaii Island, is a getaway from the more populated beaches in Budva, housing deer as its only habitats. Wander through the island and taste some delicious snacks at its restaurant.
Indulge in the Romantic Beaches
Your trip to Budva remains incomplete without tasting a romantic sunset dinner over the legendry Budva’s coast. To share a more quiet and romantic time with your sweetheart, it’s suggested to head straight to restaurants in less populated areas such as Dukley Lounge on Zavala Cape, Sveti Stefan, or Pržno’s Langust restaurant.
Brajiči Hills
The best spot for paragliding, the Brajiči Hills, offers you a bird’s eye view of the coast, where paragliders take off and spiral down to the coast.
