🏁 Tour Itinerary: All Nepal Tour With Poonhill Trek- 14 Days
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
You will arrive at Kathmandu airport. Upon arrival meet your airport officer who will be holding a placard (sing board) with your name outside Arrival Hall at the International airport. You will get transferred to your hotel located in the city center. The rest of the day will be free on my own to stroll around the local area.

Day 2: Full-Day Sightseeing Tour
Your sightseeing tours begin after breakfast. Your guide will come to your hotel and meet you at the hotel lobby at 0930 am. You will proceed with a sightseeing tour of the Pashupatinath temple located on the bank of the Bagmati River. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is often known as the “abode of Shiva”. Only Hindus are permitted to enter inside the temple complex for worship however others can go to another side of the temple to see the rituals of Hindu people and morning activities. You will also witness rare ceremonies of funerals as per Hindu traditions at cremation ghats on the bank of the holy river Bagmati.
After visiting the Pashupatinath temple, you will proceed to the Boudhnath stupa located 3 Kilometers away from the temple. Boudhnath stupa is also known as “Mini Tibet” and is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal. This stupa is surrounded by Tibetan settlements and monasteries. You will witness Buddhist rituals and traditions at the Boudhnath area which is en-circle by Buddhist prayer flags and mane.
In the afternoon you will drive to Swoyambhunath stupa located on the hilltop overlooking Kathmandu valley. This Buddhist stupa is famous as the “Monkey temple: and one of the best places to observe cultural harmony between Hindus and Buddhists in Nepal. Both Hindus and Buddhist pay homage to this site. The view of the stupa includes the entire Kathmandu valley floor with outstanding views of the Central Himalayan ranges.
Continue to Patan Durbar Square another UNESCO site located in Kathmandu. Patan is known as the “City of Beauty” and a visit to Patan Durbar Square offers an excellent opportunity to see local Newari people, ancient Royal complexes, and architecture of the medieval era. Stroll narrow lanes of Patan visiting Patan Durbar Square, Krishna temple, Mahabodhi stupa, and Golden temple. Patan is also famous for metal works and wood carvings.

Day 3: Drive to Chitwan (205 Kms/6.5 Hrs)/ Jungle Activities
Morning, drive to Chitwan. Chitwan is one of the finest national parks in Asia and is famous for viewing wildlife such as One Horn Rhino, Tiger, Deer, and other wild flora and fauna in its natural habitat.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by naturalists from your lodge. You will enjoy lunch at the dining complex followed by the activities briefing.
Today you will enjoy a Jungle walk inside the forest escorted by a local naturalist from the lodge. You will continue with the visit to Tharu villages located on the edge of the parking area. Tharu people are indigenous people from the plains region of Nepal and have their own lifestyle and culture. In the evening you will enjoy Tharu Stick Dance.

Day 4: Full-Day Jungle Activities
Morning enjoys Canoe ride at Rapti river to see water birds and Crocodiles. After the Canoe ride, you will enjoy Elephant briefing and the breeding center.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy an Elephant back safari to see the wildlife of Nepal. Today’s highlight will be spotting one horn Rhino in a dense forest. If you are lucky then you can also see Tiger. After the safari, you will be back at the hotel.

Day 5: Drive to Lumbini – 5 Hrs
Morning, drive to Lumbini. Lumbini is the Birth Place of Lord Buddha – founder of Buddhism. Afternoon, commence on a sightseeing tour of Lumbini garden, Visit includes famous Maya Devi temple & other monasteries located inside the Garden area.

Day 6: Drive to Pokhara & Sarangkot Sunset Excursion
Morning, drive to Pokhara. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Pokhara is famous for its wonderful views of the Himalayas and its snow-fed lakes. The reflection of the Mt. Fishtail & Annapurna range on Lake Phewa is breathtaking. Pokhara is also a base camp for trekking in the Annapurna region with other day hike tours around the valley rim. Late afternoon, meet your guide and proceed to Sarangkot to see Sunset over the Himalayas.. return back to the hotel.

Day 7: Morning Drive Pokhara to Nayapool (1 hour) & Trek to Ulleri (2050m/5 hours trek)
Your trekking guide will come to your hotel and pick you up for your transfer to Nayapool. You will drive through small and winding mountain roads offering excellent views of the Pokhara valley floor with a panoramic view of mountains. Start your trek from Nayapool through forests crossing the suspension bridge near Tikhedhunga. Start your uphill climb through 1000 stone steps to reach Ulleri village.

Day 8: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,750m/5 hours trek)
After breakfast at the local lodge, start climbing to Ghorepani village. Ghorepani is a typical mountain village dotted with the Gurung community on the foothills of the Annapurna Mountain. You will see the panoramic view of Annapurna South and Nilgiri mountains from the village.

Day 9: Sunrise Excursion to Poonhill (3210m) & Trek to Tadapani (2,700m/6 hours trek)
You will enjoy an excursion to Poonhill viewpoint to catch a magnificent view of sunrise view. After the sun strikes the mountains the color of the mountains changes from white to orange. The view includes 180 Degree view of Himalayan panorama stretching from Dhaulagiri massif till Fishtail mountain including Annapurna ranges between. Spend some time at the top and return back to the lodge for breakfast.
After breakfast, start your trek to Tadapani village. Descend through a forest area with waterfalls and small settlements en-route.

Day 10: Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk Village (1940m/4 hours trek)
Descend through the trekking trail passing through Rhododendron forest. When the Rhododendron flower blossoms the entire forest turns red. Arrive at Ghandrung in the afternoon. Enjoy an excursion to Old Ghandrung village with a visit to the local museum. Ghandrung is a Gurung village situated on the slope of the hill ridge overlooking Annapurna south and Hiunchuli mountain.

Day 11: Trek Down to Nayapool & Drive to Pokhara
Morning you will trek down to Nayapool. Board the vehicle to drive to Pokhara. You will get transferred to your hotel.

Day 12: Pokhara City Tours with Boat Ride & Flyback Pokhara/Kathmandu. Drive to Nagarkot (38 Kms)
Morning, commence on a Pokhara city tour which includes Bindavashini temple, Seti Gorge, Devi’s fall & Gupteshwor Mahadev cave. We will provide a complimentary boat ride at Phewa Lake in Pokhara.
Afternoon, transfer to Pokhara airport in time to board your flight to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival, at the airport, meet your vehicle and you will drive to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is located 38 Kilometers from Kathmandu. Nagarkot is popular for its incredible sunrise and sunset view over the Himalayas. You can see 8 out of 13 Himalayan ranges in Nepal from this place located at an altitude of 2100 meters. You have free time to stroll around the place or can relax at the hotel with a splendid view of the sunset. If the weather is very clear then you can also see Mount Everest – the highest peak in the world.

Day 13: Visit Bhaktapur & Drive Kathmandu
Early morning is free to enjoy the sunrise from your hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur is also called the cultural hub of the Newari people. Many of the highly decorated buildings and shrines were destroyed in the 1934 & 2015 earthquakes. However, the main square still contains a few temples and other architectural showpieces; the Lion Gate, the statue of Bhupatindra Malla, the Palace of 55 windows, the Bell of the barking dogs, the Nyatapola temple, and the replica of Pashupatinath temple. In Bhaktapur, you will observe the Newari people with traditional and daily work. Narrow lanes of Bhaktapur offer bargain prices for the Thankas “Oil painting on Silk” which you can buy if interested.
After the visit, drive to Kathmandu & check-in at the hotel.
