As a general rule, passengers by air routes must fill a ‘sworn statement’, certifying that they are not infected by COVID-19 and have not been in contact with confirmed cases in the last two weeks. Arrivals also need to provide a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure. Besides, travelers are subjected to a 7-day quarantine since arrival. Also, they need to take another COVID-19 PCR test at the end of this 7-day period.
