View and Respond to Inquiries (Inquiry list)

Whenever customers ask a question on any of your tours, the system will notify you via Email, and dashboard notifications.

 

Inquiry List and Conversation page

You can see all the inquiries (and bookings) through your dashboard. Log in to your vendor dashboard, and click on the bell icon on the top right corner. The Bell icon shows you all the system notifications (Including inquires) and the question mark icon takes you directly to the list of inquiries.

You can click on each inquiry to see details and respond:

Note: If the inquiry is suitable to stick on your tour page as an FAQ, you can select the “Stick at Product page” option and it will show on your tour page.

Please remember that you are NOT supposed to send any link to your own website, or any contact details outside of this conversation page, and all the communications between you and the customers shall remain on this page.

 

Quickly respond to an inquiry from Email

To view and respond to an inquiry from an email, simply open the email notification and follow the link at the bottom of the email. It takes you directly to the conversation page where you can quickly respond to a customer. They will also get notified when you send a reply.
