Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, Nepal and pre-trip meeting.

Touch down in Kathmandu, a city riddled with culture, stunning temples and artistic intrigue. Transfer to the hotel for a meeting with your leader in the evening, then take part in a welcome dinner and a cultural introduction to Nepalese society. At the evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour and trekking guide. After the pre-trip meeting, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Luxury Holidays Nepal. For dinner, you will be served authentic Nepalese cuisine, which will introduce you to the country’s food culture.
Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation Day

Following breakfast in the himalayan country, your sightseeing excursion will commence with the assistance of a private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will be taken to the following sites:
Swyambunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site): One can get a panoramic view of the valley from the top of a hillock located on the western side of Swayambhu, also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple due to the presence of numerous monkeys on the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site): The Pashupatinath Temple, situated on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu, is considered one of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal. It is dedicated to the god Shiva, and it is located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
Boudhanath Stupa (World Heritage Site): Boudhanath Stupa is a Buddhist stupa located in the Valley that is over 2500 years old. It was built in the 5th century and is adorned with four pairs of Lord Buddha's eyes, one in each cardinal direction, keeping a constant watch over the people and their actions. Visitors will often see Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet circumambulating the stupa while spinning prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site): Patan Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is located in the center of Lalitpur city. It showcases the finest examples of Newari architecture that flourished during the reign of Malla kings. These kings were not only great rulers but also patrons of art, culture, and architecture. Patan Durbar Square features many stunning temples, palaces, and courtyards with intricate carvings and sculptures. It is a must-visit destination for those interested in history and architecture.
Day 3 Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu/ Ramechhap, trek to Phakding 25 min flight/ 3 - 4 hours trek

The adventure of your trip begins today with a 30-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m) before your breakfast. You will admire one of the most beautiful air routes in the world.
Lukla, a gateway to Mount Everest from where your trek begins. You will meet your other trekking crew members outside the airport and begin packing and arranging in a backpack. From Lukla after one hour of gradual descent, you will reach Cheplung village from where you have a glimpse of a sacred mountain that has never been climbed named Mt. Khumbila (18900 ft). From Cheplung gradually descend until you reach Phakding.
During the peak Season, March to May and October to November, the flight to lukla may be from Ramechhap Airport. However we try to manage the flight from Kathmandu
Day 4 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar: 5-6 hours trek

After enjoying the first breakfast in the Mountain, you will walk through a beautiful pine forest, following the trail north up the valley of Benkar. Then, cross the bridge over the Dudh Koshi River and go on passing Chumoa to Monjo, the entrance to Everest National Park.
You cross the suspension bridge multiple time, passing Jorsale village and pass the final bridge at the junction of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. A steep hike brings you to the undocumented capital of the Khumbu Region - Namche Bazaar.
Day 5 Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

As mentioned earlier, Namche Bazaar is the undocumented capital of the Khumbu region facilitated with ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market and few government offices.
If you wish your guides can take to explore the real charm of Namche Bazaar and you will have an unobstructed view of Mount Everest. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum, this will help you to understand the cultural sight of the Himalayas. Or, if you are interested in a day hike, hike to Khumjung village (12401 ft)-a beautiful village with a Sherpa settlement.
Day 6 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche: 5-6 hours trek

Leaving the Namche Bazaar after breakfast at a slow pace, the trails ascend through rhododendron and thinly populated villages. This section of the trek in your journey can be considered as the best scenic day. While descending to the Dudh Kish River, enjoy the views of mountain tops like Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde, and more.
After stepping in Tengboche, visit the Tengboche monastery-the the largest monastery in the Khumbu. You will have a great view of Everest and other peaks.
Day 7 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche: 5-6 hours trek

Enjoy breakfast! you will start trek passing through forests covered with a variety of trees – birch, conifers, and rhododendrons. Today's journey is rewarded with magnificent views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trail dips down to Debuche, cross the Imja River and it will take you to Pangboche. The trail moves ahead towards the Imja Valley, Lobuche River, and finally begins climbing up to Dingboche.
Day 8 Acclimatization day at Dingboche.

As you are at an altitude of more than 4000 m, you will require more to adopt thin air ambient. Dingboche is a well Known stop for trekkers and climbers heading to Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and region.
Dingboche is a beautiful village with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. You will have restaurant, bakeries, and shops to explore there. Or, you may take day hikes to either Nagarjun Hill or Chukkhung Valley for great views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalotse, Tawache and Ama Dablam.
Day 9 Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche: 5-6 hours trek

With every day being closer to Everest Base Camp leave Dingboche for Luboche after breakfast. The trail starts with a gradual climb to Duglha at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu. Then you will climb up a steep trail to Chupki Lhara, continue to the Khumbu moraine, and find yourselves facing several great peaks - Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori, and Mahalangur Himal. The trail then eases off as you will follow the valley to Lobuche, which is the last overnight stop before reaching your ultimate destination.
Day 10 Trek to Gorak Shep from Lobuche, visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 m): 6-7 hours trek

Today, the day you have been dreaming for so long, you will take the trail to Everest Base Camp passing through Gorak Shep Lake. You can see the thinly populated village with guest houses situated the ridge of the lakebed. Continue the trail leading to Everest Base Camp.
The walk might be difficult due to the thin air and pass through rocky dunes, moraine, and streams before reaching the Everest Base Camp. Upon reaching the Everest Base Camp, enjoy this once in a lifetime moment and hold it in cameras. Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori are the mountains you can view from the base camp. You will get back to Gorak Shep for overnight rest after reaching your ultimate destination.
Day 11 Trek from Gorak Shep to Pherice via Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft): 7-8 hours trek

Though you have summited the Everest Base Camp your trip is not over yet. Today you will trek to Kalapathar - the vantage point of Khumbu region from where you will have a magnificent 360 panorama of the mountains. With no surprise, you are at the highest elevation of your entire journey and the view of Everest and other peak is unparalleled. You will take pictures, enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama, and then return back to Pheriche.
Be prepared for early morning departure, amid pre-dawn darkness and cold temperatures (-10 to -14 C). for a good night's rest.
Day 12 Trek from Pherice to Namche Bazaar: 6-7 hours trek

After having breakfast, you will trek down from Pheriche all the way back to Namche Bazaar passing the hill covered by rhododendron and juniper trees. In this forest, you may come across colorful pheasants and mountain goats. Also, you pass the familiar sights of Tengboche. After, a couple of yours will reach the beautiful Namche Bazaar.
Day 13 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla: 6-7 hours

Today you will be heading toward the Lukla after breakfast. As the trail is steeply downward, walk carefully as your shaky legs constantly battle the rocky terrain. After crossing the bridges over Dudh Koshi, the trail becomes level and smooth.
After arriving at Lukla, you will stretch those sore legs and recall moment of the last couple of weeks.
Day 14 Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu: 25 min flight

Last day in the Himalayas, you will catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu from Lukla and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free and you may like to do some souvenir shopping in Kathmandu.
There will be a dinner in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of your journey.
Day 15 Departure Day!

After an exciting time with you for a couple of weeks, its a time to bid a farewell. Our representatives will transfer you to the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu as per your flight time.
