Itinerary

Day 1
  • Welcome to Nepal! Our team will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. Evening briefing and trek preparation.
    Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Morning flight to Bhadrapur followed by a scenic drive through tea gardens to Ilam.

Day 3

A long drive through the eastern hills to Taplejung, the gateway to Kanchenjunga.

Day 4

Begin trekking through lush forest trails and small villages along the Tamor River.

Day 5
  • Pass rice terraces and traditional Limbu villages

    Pass rice terraces and traditional Limbu villages. Cross suspension bridges and follow the Tamor River.
    Overnight in Chirwa.

Day 6
  • Enter the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area

    Enter the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area. Trek through bamboo forests and dramatic river gorges.
    Overnight in Sekathum.

Day 7

A steep and rugged trail leads us to the picturesque Sherpa village of Amjilosa.

Day 9

Follow alpine paths through forests and waterfalls to the quiet hamlet of Gyabla.

Day 10
  • Enter yak pastures and traditional stone houses

    Overnight in Ghunsa.

Day 11

Explore the village or hike to a nearby ridge for mountain views.

Day 12

Ascend through beautiful alpine valleys with views of Jannu Peak.

Day 13

Optional hike to Jannu Base Camp for extra altitude adjustment.

Day 14

Cross glacial moraines and high Himalayan terrain en route to Lhonak.

Day 15
  • Today’s highlight! Reach the north base camp for epic views of Kanchenjunga’s north face.
    Overnight in Lhonak.

Day 16

Retrace your steps down the valley.

Day 17

Climb toward the high Sele La Pass trail with stunning alpine scenery.

Day 18

Cross high passes (Sele La and Sinion La) with stunning views of Everest, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga. Overnight in Tseram.

Day 19

Trek to Ramche and hike to the dramatic viewpoint at South Base Camp.

Day 20

Descend into lush forests and rhododendron-covered hills.

Day 21

The final day of trekking was followed by a scenic drive back to Kanyam.

Day 22
  • Return flight to Kathmandu
