Day 1

  • Walk through pine forests and suspension bridges into the heart of the Khumbu.
    Trek: ~6 hours.
    Overnight: Namche teahouse.

Day 4
  • Hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung

    Hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung. Leisure and altitude adjustment.
    Overnight: Namche.

Day 5
  • Scenic trail with views of Ama Dablam
