We had a wonderful time exploring the cultural heart of Mae Kampong Village during our trek, where the locals welcomed us with open arms. The accommodations were cozy and authentic, but the trail could be a bit challenging for younger kids.

Our family found a delightful blend of adventure and culture during our time in Mae Kampong. The trekking through lush trails brought us closer to nature, while the meals prepared by locals allowed us to sample authentic flavors of the region. One slight drawback was that some of the activities felt a bit rushed, but overall, the warmth of the village and the enriching experiences made it a memorable escape.

Our trek through the stunning landscapes of Mueang Chiang Rai was nothing short of captivating, filled with vibrant cultural experiences that truly enriched our journey. Staying in a cozy homestay in the kampong allowed us to connect with the locals, and sharing meals together was a highlight that added a personal touch to our adventure. While the trails offered breathtaking views, some sections could be a bit challenging, especially for those not used to hiking. Still, the beautiful scenery and the warm hospitality we encountered made it all worthwhile. Overall, we left with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for the unique culture of the area.
