I had an incredible time feeding and bathing the elephants at the sanctuary in Mae Win; their playful personalities made every moment delightful. While I loved learning about their care, I wish the time spent with them had been a bit longer for an even deeper bond.

Spending time at the sanctuary was a highlight of our family trip to Chiang Mai. We loved the moment we fed the elephants, watching their gentle trunks curl around the bananas we offered. Bathing them in the river was both exhilarating and calming, as we splashed water and shared laughter together. The connection we felt while bonding with these magnificent creatures was truly unforgettable. If there’s one thing we would suggest, it would be to have more time to explore the beautiful surroundings in Mae Win after our elephant encounters. Overall, this experience was a delightful way to appreciate the beauty of nature and wildlife.
