Mt Emei and temple stay experience 2 days tour

Itinerary：

Day 1: Mt. Emei

Our guide will greet you at your hotel lobby and we then do a 2.5 hrs drive to Emei Mt. Upon arrival, We shall take green bus up to Wan Nian temple parking lot, and walk or use cable car(optional) up to the Wan Nian temple( ten thousands years temple). We shall have another 2 hrs hiking down to Baoguo temple. We could see the temples, river, pavilions, lake and monkeys (maybe). It’s a wonderful chance to have lunch in villagers’ restaurants, you must enjoy the local bamboo shoot, local sausage and Bacon etc. 

6:00 pm – You will start your journey in the next 12 hours. The monastery close to public by 5 p.m., which means you will have an exclusive quite & peace experience without crowded people. Have vegetarian dinner inside monastery.

7:10 pm- Your local guide will introduce one of senior monk to share his Buddhism knowledge with you. After temple deep visiting, you will have free time in the temple or outside till next morning.

8:00 pm to 6:30a.m. – Accommodation inside monastery is simple and clean, please enjoy the unique experience. 

Day 2: Golden Summit

6:30 am – In the early morning, monks will start to chanting around 6:00 – 7:00 a.m. We highly recommend you to get up bit early to join them and take some good pictures.

7:00 am- Kungfu class with our famous Kungfu master outside the temple. 

After breakfast, take the tourist bus to Leidongping parking lot(2430m above sea level,about 1.5hours bus ride), then hike 30 minutes to take cable car up to Golden Summit, on the way, you may encounter naughty wild monkeys. 

After lunch, take cable car and bus all the way down to the Wannian parking lot(1020m above sea level),we can drop you back to the hotel by the sharing trans.
