🏁 Tour Itinerary: China Holiday From Beijing to Hong Kong
Day 1 – Arrival in Beijing
Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, our English-speaking tour guide will meet you at the arrival hall. Your guide will transfer you to your 4-star hotel in Beijing and you can rest and prepare yourself for your amazing 11 days tour in China! Your experienced tour guide will gladly answer all your questions about Beijing.
Upon check-in in the hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to recover in your room or you can visit Wangfujing street. Beijing Wangfujing Street, as one of the symbols of Beijing’s commerce, is the most well-known and prosperous shopping street with modern and fashion trends.
The spectacular performance Golden Mask Dynasty will be another optional item for today’s tour. Golden Mask Dynasty Show will be held at the Red Theatre in Beijing. This show incorporates dancing, acrobatics, some magnificent costumes, and one or two surprises.

Day 2 – Beijing Monuments Full-Day Tour (B, L)
By the time we finish this visit, it will be time for lunch in a nice local Chinese restaurant. After our lovely lunch and in the afternoon, we will head to the Temple of Heaven. This temple is one of the largest and most important places of worship in Beijing, which is also unique in its architecture.
In the evening, you will go to the Red theater to watch the exciting Chinese Kung Fu Show. The Legend of Kung Fu Show, which premiered at Beijing’s Red Theater in 2004, tells the story of a young monk who dreams of one day becoming a kung fu master. The best Kong Fu practitioners from all across China tell the story through Chinese martial arts, traditional and modern dance, and Chinese acrobatics.

Day 3 – The Wonders of the World (Mutianyu Great Wall Tour) – Summer Palace (B, L)
You will start your day with a full buffet breakfast in the hotel and prepare to see one of the seven wonders of our world. Our first destination for the day is The Great Wall of China, but since the wall is very long, we have selected one of the most famous and at the same time, less crowded sections. We will take you to the Mutianyu Section and then hike up and then down the wall. You can also take a cable car to ascend and use a toboggan to climb down the wall which is optional and the price is not included in the tour.
After lunch and a short stop at Jade Factory, we will head to Summer Palace, a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens, and palaces in Beijing. Summer Palace is a lavish lakeside retreat from the heat of Beijing. With pavilions, walkways, gardens, and bridges, the UNESCO World Heritage site on Kunming Lake served as the seat of government for Empress Dowager Cixi during the last years of her life.
Kunming Lake is the most attractive water feature a short distance from downtown Beijing, where it covers three-quarters of the total area of the Summer Palace grounds. Hiring a boat is a good choice to visit the lake in the Summer Palace (not included). There are different kinds of boats varying in size, startups, and close time.
Our plans for this day will end with a Tea Ceremony in a local tea house, which will help in better understanding the culture of Chinese people.

Day 4 – Leaving Beijing to Xi’an (B)
You can have your last breakfast in Beijing in the hotel before we take you to one of the Hutongs of Beijing to walk in the older neighborhoods of the city. You can plan to have lunch during this visit or return to the hotel with your guide. In the afternoon the group will check out from the hotel and then head to the train station to leave for Xi’an. Once in Xi’an, your guide will take you and the rest of your group to your new hotel to check in and rest. If there is time you can explore a little, but it is better to rest and prepare for the next day.

Day 5 – Terracotta Warriors & Horses Museum, Essential Full Day Tour (B, L)
Your first morning in Xi’an will begin with breakfast at the hotel. Then you will be taken to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum and after it, a pottery-making factory. During these two visits, you learn about the crafts and pottery of the Qin dynasty and see some exotic pieces of Chinese culture. By the time this visit ends, it will be time for our lunch in a fine local Chinese restaurant, where we can try some of their Chinese dishes.
After lunch, we can head out to discover more about the temples of China. Your guide will take you to see the Small Wild Goose pagoda. Located next to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and amidst water fountains and a well-tended garden, this museum is a great choice to learn more about Chinese history in Xi’an.
At night, we arrange dinner and you will have one of the most famous Chinese food called Dumplings at a local restaurant, and also watching the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.

Remarks:
Since the dance show is closed in December, January, February, and March, passengers in these months will have a free evening instead.
Day 6 – Xi’an City Wall & Muslim District (B, L)
Today you will go to the ancient Xi’an City Wall to have a panoramic view of Xian. The wall is one of the oldest and best-preserved ramparts in China. If you like being more active, today you have time to rent a bicycle and enjoy biking around. (Fee is not included)
In the afternoon, we will continue our tour by visiting The Great Mosque of Xi’an. This is the largest and the best-preserved mosque in China. After having lunch at one of the restaurants around the Muslim Quarter, you have some free time to enjoy walking around the Muslim street and try some delicious foods or buy souvenirs.

Day 7 – Leaving Xi’an to Guilin (B)
After having breakfast in the early morning, Catch a morning flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area. Your Guilin sightseeing starts with the famous Reed Flute Cave, which is a 240-meter karst cave that has various shapes of stalactites and stalagmites more beautified by projecting various colors of light.
We also visit Elephant Trunk Hill, one of the major landmarks and tourist attractions of Guilin. It called Elephant Trunk Hill since the shape of the hills is like an elephant drinking water. We will return back to the hotel to check in to rest and get ready for the next day’s tour.

Day 8 – Guilin Yangshuo Day Tour (B, L)
You are halfway done on your wonderful travel tour to China, and the best is yet to come! After breakfast, we will take you to the pier to Cruise on the Li River from Guilin to Yangshuo and appreciate the beauty of nature along the river. There is some Chinese boxed lunch on the ship and you also might bring some snacks for yourself in case you want.
You will be on board for almost 4 hours before arriving at Yangshuo. In Yangshuo, you can visit around and enjoy the rural areas and get to know the local lifestyle of people. you can walk through Yangshuo West Street, we will drive you to the countryside area to see rural views, along with a local peasant’s home.

Day 9 – Leaving Guilin for Hong Kong(B)
The morning will be on your own arrangement. After checking out, our tour guide will accompany you to the airport to depart from Guilin. Once you get off your flight and pass to the arrival hall, you need to arrange transportation to your hotel.
After check-in in the hotel, it is recommended to visit the Temple Street Night Market that is just 15 minutes away from your hotel by taxi. A popular street bazaar, named after a Tin Hau temple located in the center of its main drag, and a place so steeped in local atmosphere that it has served as the backdrop to many a memorable movie.

Day 10 – Hong Kong Day Tour (B)
Today you will be free for your independent exploration. After taking your breakfast, you can start your 12 days adventure with Victoria Peak. You will take the Peak Tram, to reach the top. With an elevation of 552 meters, Victoria Peak is widely recognized as the best place to get a panoramic view of Victoria Harbor. You can then proceed to Aberdeen to explore local fishermen’s life. Take a ferry across the sea to Tsim Sha Tsui District. You could walk down to the Avenue of Stars, which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront of Victoria Harbor. You can continue your trip to the International Commerce Centre and take an elevator up to Sky 100 Viewing Platform to have a wonderful view of the city.
After taking your lunch, it is recommended to walk to the nearby bus station at Exchange Square and take bus 6, 6A, 6X, 60, and 260 to Stanley Market on the south of the island. This is a typical traditional air market street for dining and shopping and is one of the major tourist attractions in Hong Kong.
