Pick up the guests in Danang City
After a final round of pickup in Da Nang, visit the Khai Dinh Tomb, a blend of Western and Eastern architecture constructed between 1920-1931. Then, enjoy lunch at a local specialty restaurant serving Hue-style dishes.
With a full stomach of local cuisine, continue to Hue’s main attraction, the Imperial Citadel. Once the home of the Nguyen Emperor, the citadel also contains the Forbidden Purple City.
Explore Thien Mu Pagoda, Hue’s largest pagoda. Built in 1601, it is the subject of many local folk rhymes and is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue. Finish the day with drop-off back in Da Nang and Hoi An.

We had a memorable moment while savoring traditional dishes at a local eatery, where the rich flavors truly brought the culture to life. The chance to wander through historic sites felt transformative, especially as we stood before towering ancient structures that echo a vibrant past. While the tour allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local heritage, a bit more time at some locations would have enhanced our experience.

Exploring ancient ruins and vibrant markets over three days with friends was an incredible experience for us. One highlight was the breathtaking moment we stood amidst the ruins of a grand amphitheater, feeling the history pulse through the stones. While the itinerary was packed, occasionally it felt rushed, and we wish we had more time to soak in the local culture during our overnight stays.
