    1. Our family had a fantastic time soaking in the history of Beijing in China, especially when we stood in awe of the Terracotta Warriors and walked along the Great Wall. The only hiccup was a few long bus rides that cut into our exploration time, but the delicious local meals we enjoyed made up for it.

    2. Exploring the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors with our group was an incredible way to soak up the cultural richness of the area. While the accommodations were comfortable and well-located, we found some of the tour schedules a bit rushed, limiting our time to truly savor the experience.

My journey through Beijing and Xi’an was a captivating dive into China’s rich history, highlighted by the breathtaking Great Wall and the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors. The accommodations were comfortable and ideally located, making it easy to recharge after days filled with cultural exploration. While I loved the variety of experiences, I did feel that some of the travel time between destinations could have been better managed to allow for more wandering in these incredible cities.

    4. From the moment we set out, the immersion into ancient traditions and vibrant culture was palpable. Witnessing the iconic wall stretch across the landscape left us in awe, while the statues of warriors told stories that resonated deeply. The food experiences were a delightful surprise, especially a traditional meal that introduced us to flavors we hadn’t encountered before. However, the pacing felt a tad rushed at times, making us wish for a bit more time to absorb each site. Overall, it was a fantastic journey that encouraged us to connect with the history and people in a meaningful way.
