Kagi Maldives Spa Island is located at the tip of North Malé, which is in the heart of Malé Atoll, in close proximity to Velana International Airport (54km). A charming unpretentious island, for those seeking the natural connection between wellness and relaxation. Kagi is part of the very well-known Maldivian concept of “One Island – One Resort”. The island is 42,421 square meters (10.48 Acres/4.24 Hectares) in size with 691metres of beach line.

Villa Types

Kagi Maldives Spa Island features 50 villas including, 19 Lagoon Pool Villas, 21 Ocean Pool Villas, and 10 Beach Pool Villas. The villas are styled with a distinct, tasteful, and contemporary design complimented by the original Maldivian element of luxury. Each villa has a secluded deck that offers pure privacy to luxuriate in alfresco rain showers, moonlit dips, or an intimate afternoon basking in the sun. But staying indoors can be equally indulgent. Each villa is outfitted with an over-size king bed, veneer floors, air conditioning, overhead fan, and a seating area. The outdoor decked terrace features a private pool, seating, and lounge furniture.

For your convenience and comfort, all villas are outfitted with a minibar, Nespresso machine, and tea facilities, IDD telephone, IPTV, Bluetooth sound-bar, personal safe, air-conditioned bathroom with double sinks and shower, an outdoor bathroom area with a luxurious bathtub and shower, hairdryer, safety jackets, beach towels and beach bag, daily room cleaning, and nightly turndown service. Electricity is 220VAC, 50HZ with multiple universal socket outlets. Kagi Maldives Spa Island welcomes guests aged 12 and over.

	Lagoon Pool Villas (19/105SQM): Lagoon Pool Villas offer an oasis of serenity and an indulgence of comfort. The ultimate romantic hideaway set over the turquoise lagoon. These villas are elegantly designed with a private over-water terrace and pool to relax in the wonder of aquatic surroundings.
	Ocean Pool Villas (21/105SQM): Gorgeous ocean views. Gentle waves lapping at your doorstep. Schools of fish flitting between vivid coral reefs in the glistening waters beneath your feet. Such are the pleasures of our Ocean Pool Villas, each featuring a spacious room that leads to a private verandah, where you can indulge in the Maldivian sunshine and delight in the live aquarium before your very eyes.
	Beach Pool Villas (10/105SQ): Designed for an intimate beach getaway featuring the authentic design characteristics of all our guest villas, featuring bathrooms spanning across indoor and outdoor space with a rainfall shower and a deep tub to soak under the heavens. An expansive deck with a private pool overlooks the beach and the endless turquoise blue ocean.

Flights to Maldives (MLE)

Transfer

To reach Kagi Maldives Spa Island, guests can choose between a 60-minute scenic speedboat or a 15-minute picturesque seaplane transfer. Upon arrival, after clearing Maldives Immigration and Customs formalities, guests exit the Customs area to the Arrivals Hall and are greeted by a Kagi Maldives Representative, who will assist with the check-in at the TMA counter for your seaplane or escort you to your speedboat transfer to Kagi Maldives Spa Island. Alternatively, you may proceed to the nearby Crown & Champa Resorts Counter #59, where a Representative will assist you.

SeaPlane

Kagi Maldives Spa Island provides a short transfer to TMA Terminal, where guests relax in the Lounge before their seaplane departs for Kagi Maldives Spa Island, usually within one hour after all guests clear Immigration and Customs. The allowance for checked-in luggage is 20 kilos and hand carry is 5 kilos per person. The seaplane journey is available only during daylight hours.

• For your arrival, seaplane transfer can be arranged for international flights that arrive in the Maldives between 06:00 and 15:00.
• For your departure, seaplane transfer can be arranged for international flights that depart from the Maldives from 09:00 onwards. The last flight departure from Kagi Maldives Spa Island is usually between 14:00 and 16:00.

Speedboat

International flight departure regulations require guests to check-in at the airline ticket counter no later than 2 hours prior to the flight’s departure time.

• The last speedboat departure from Kagi Maldives Spa Island to the airport is scheduled no later than 19:00.
• The last speedboat departure from the airport to Kagi Maldives Spa Island is scheduled no later than 02:00.

Guests who cannot connect with the 02:00 speedboat departure from the airport to Kagi Maldives Spa Island may choose to overnight at Champa Central Hotel, Male’, or remain at the airport. In any event, their speedboat departure from the airport to Kagi Maldives Spa Island is usually scheduled that same morning at around 08:30, and which will be confirmed upon their arrival at the airport, by their local ground handling agent.
