The reservations will have to be forwarded by 7 days before the event. The payment of the allowances has to be done at the time of the reservation, or by the period that the event takes place. The group will be entrusted to one or more than one guide or/and delegated representatives of Discover Messina Travel which will assist the activities during the days together with the architect Nino Principato, who will take care of the tours. It’s compulsory for the participants to carefully observe the rules given by the guides during the whole path, to follow the pre-established itinerary without getting far from the group unless given the permission and to respect the established time for the eventual free time. The guided tours are provided for walks with pedestrian paths, some of which are on the rise. During all of the activities, non-ambulatory guests have to be assisted by an escort that can help them. Discover Messina Travel, in exceptional situations or imputable reasons to the organization, will have the option to modify the program of the activities. The participation of minors is consented only if accompanied by someone that has parental rights or someone that stands for them. The participants note the detailed program, the travel time, the sites that will be visited and exempt Discover Messina Travel from any civic and penal responsibility for eventual delays, incidents and injuries that might happen during the tours and during transfers that are not to be imputable to the organization. Discover Messina Travel also reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of 30 participants hasn’t been reached by 7 days before the event. As not provided by these general terms, Discover Messina Travel refers to the law in force.
