Day 1: Aswan Dam – Unfinished Obelisk – Philae Temple

Experience Aswan Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple day tour with united Guides Travel. After picking up from your hotel in Aswan, scout High Dam, the dam is a rock-filled structure located at Egypt’s southern border with Sudan. The River Nile feeds it with its reservoir forming Lake Nasser.
After visiting the High Dam, you will move to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, a huge block of Granite, which dates back to the ruling period of the New Kingdom cracked and remained in its original quarry.
The last stop will be the Philae Temple, a sacred place dedicated to the cult of God-dess Isis and rebuilt during the Greco-Roman period on a special location of Philae island in the middle of the Nile.
