BOOKING POLICIES: The client will be able to book at least 50 days before, this applies to Multiday programs such as Santiago and vineyards program, Atacama program, Torres del Paine program, Puerto Varas program, Easter Island program. In exceptional cases you should call our company's reservation department to see if it is possible to manage last minute bookings. Once the reservation is made, you will have a deadline to make the payment at least 35 days before the beginning of the Program. CANCELLATION  POLICIES: Our clients may cancel at least 30 days prior to the date of the Program. Getting a full refund (Multiday) Our customers can cancel a service at least 25 days before the start date, returning only 70% of the paid amount. (Multiday) Our customers can cancel a service at least 20 days before the start date, returning only 50% of the paid amount. (Multiday) Our customers can cancel a service at least 15 days before the start date, returning only 25% of the paid amount. (Multiday) Our customers cannot cancel with less than 15 days to go. There is no refund. (Multiday) Our clients will be able to reschedule the multiday services, notifying the causes and at least 25 days before the tour start date.
