Why we love it?

This five-hour culinary experience in Hanoi begins with a visit to Dong Xuan Market, where you'll explore the local wet market under the guidance of a professional chef. You'll learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as pho, bun cha, and spring rolls through hands-on cooking lessons that reveal the cultural significance and unique ingredients of each recipe. The tour includes a mini coffee tasting featuring Vietnam’s distinctive salted coffee, egg coffee, and coconut coffee, served as part of the dessert course. Along with a full-course meal and paired local wines, the experience offers hotel drop-off within the Old Quarter and a recipe book to recreate the dishes at home. A portion of each booking supports charity meals for pediatric patients in central Hanoi hospitals, connecting your culinary journey with the local community.
