VIP Fasttrack service for Bangkok Suvannabhumi airport and Don Muang Airport

Arrival Service 
As you exit the plane your personal concierge will be waiting for you and your guests with the signage welcoming. From here you can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of true VIP treatment as you are whisked away to a dedicated fast-track Immigration line for fast entry. As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will be already arranging the collection of your checked bags as your concierge fast tracks you through Customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your Atlantis host for transportation to the hotel.

Your expertly-trained concierge hosts are there to ensure your trip is memorable so feel free to ask for anything to make your vacation that much more exceptional.

VIP Departure Service
On your departure, there is no need to wait in line as your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags and meet you curbside with a dedicated porter to collect your bags. You will then be escorted to the front of the document check-in and security lines and on to Immigration/Customs. Due to Security restrictions, concierge service is limited through Customs & Immigration Pre-Clearance. You must clear Immigration and Customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your personal concierge will escort you up to the VIP airport departure gate

  • Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service. The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
  • The passenger who need to apply for Visa on Arrival and Report of Yellow Fever with Health Control will need to pay extra for addtional service 500Bht per person if we found that you have to apply this service and cannot collect the payment then this will be failure of the service with no refund
  • If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Please note that our services are tailored to the number of bookings made in advance. If you arrive with a party exceeding the booked number, our services will be automatically canceled without further accommodation and no refund will be made. The passport holder of Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia is not permitted to use this service. If you booked please note that no refund will be made This service is not available for visitors that have overstayed their visa (exemption) in the past. This service is not available to passport holders of the following countries: Bangladesh (BD), Cameroon (CM), India (IN), Iran (Islamic Republic Of) (IR), Kenya (KE), Nigeria (NG), Pakistan (PK), Sri Lanka (LK), Syrian Arab Republic (SY), Venezuela (VE). Attempts to conceal one’s nationality on arrival at the airport will ensure an thorough investigation by immigration officers, often leading to refusal of entry.
