Arrival Service
As you exit the plane your personal concierge will be waiting for you and your guests with the signage welcoming. From here you can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of true VIP treatment as you are whisked away to a dedicated fast-track Immigration line for fast entry. As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will be already arranging the collection of your checked bags as your concierge fast tracks you through Customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your Atlantis host for transportation to the hotel.
Your expertly-trained concierge hosts are there to ensure your trip is memorable so feel free to ask for anything to make your vacation that much more exceptional.
VIP Departure Service
On your departure, there is no need to wait in line as your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags and meet you curbside with a dedicated porter to collect your bags. You will then be escorted to the front of the document check-in and security lines and on to Immigration/Customs. Due to Security restrictions, concierge service is limited through Customs & Immigration Pre-Clearance. You must clear Immigration and Customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your personal concierge will escort you up to the VIP airport departure gate
