Itinerary

Stop 1 Marina Welcome & Boarding

Guests meet at the Tangier marina/port and are welcomed by the crew. After a short safety briefing, the group boards the boat and heads out along the coast.
Estimated time: Around 10:00 AM

Stop 2 Fishing Session at Sea

A guided fishing session along the Tangier coastline. Guests participate in catching fish that will later be used during the cooking experience, with assistance from the skipper and crew.
Estimated duration: About 3 hours (morning fishing session)

Stop 3 Arrival at Mnar Castle & Garden Introduction

After the fishing session, guests continue to Mnar Castle to begin the land-based part of the experience. Introduction to the farm-to-table concept and overview of the afternoon program.
Estimated time: Early afternoon (around 1:30 PM)

Stop 4 Garden Harvest – Pick Your Ingredients

Guests explore the private garden and harvest fresh vegetables, herbs, and seasonal ingredients that will be used in the cooking session. Time is dedicated to ingredient selection and preparation.

Stop 5 Hands-On Cooking with the Chef
