Activity Description

After meeting your private driver in front of Hôtel La  Mamounia, you'll head to the western part of Marrakech, where your  authentic Ramadan experience will take place, at your guest family  house.

Our guests will immerse  themselves in the Moroccan cuisine, and learn how the dishes favored by  locals are made behind the closed kitchens. You'll discover an intimate  space full of flavors, spices, aromas.. And the best part? You'll  participate in preparing the traditional elements of the Moroccan Iftar  table, which is more than just an evening meal.. A true celebration  where locals gather each evening at sunset for a whole month to break  their daily fast. In a good-natured atmosphere, you'll be guided through  the whole process and learn the techniques and the recipes you need to  master the Moroccan Iftar table!

At  sunset, you'll enjoy the special call (Adhan) for the prayer from the  roof of the house. You can witness locals rushing into their homes to be  on time for the Iftar with their families.
