it always depens where your hotel is in the Adriatic seaside of Durres is. I.E if it's Golem area is a bit further, so it needs a bit more time.
Please Note: during summer season, it usually is a heavy traffic entering and getting out of the hotels backstreets, so everybody needs to keep in mind 20-30 minutes earlier than the scheduled transfer to be ready to roll. :)

Our family recently took a transfer from Durrës in Albania to Tirana, and the comfortable vehicles made for a smooth journey. We especially appreciated the friendly driver who pointed out some interesting local sights during the ride, turning a simple transfer into a mini tour. However, the only downside was that traffic slowed us down a bit, making the trip slightly longer than expected.
