Itinerary

Ouzoud Waterfalls Day Trip — Boat Ride and Berber Lunch

Your day begins with a pickup directly from your hotel or riad in Marrakech — if your accommodation is inside the medina and vehicles cannot access it, we will arrange a meeting point just a short walk away. Your dedicated local driver and tour companion will take you on an approximately 2.5-hour drive northeast through the foothills of the Middle Atlas Mountains to the Ouzoud Waterfalls.

At 110 meters high, the Ouzoud Waterfalls are the tallest waterfalls in North Africa and one of the most breathtaking natural landscapes in all of Morocco. Your companion will guide you down to the base of the falls where a traditional Berber lunch awaits at a riverside restaurant overlooking the cascades — a perfect moment to take in the beauty around you.

After lunch you will take a short boat ride across the turquoise pool at the foot of the falls, getting close enough to feel the mist on your face. Keep an eye out for the wild Barbary macaques that live in the surrounding trees — they are curious, friendly and completely at home here. You will have free time to explore the paths around the falls, swim in the natural pools if you wish, and soak up one of the most magical spots in Morocco.

Your companion will then drive you back to Marrakech, arriving in the early evening, dropping you off directly at your hotel or riad.
