🏁 Tour Itinerary: 8 Days Tanzania Safari Tour
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will meet with our company representative to transfer you with a private car to the hotel in Arusha. You will meet with our safari manager to give you the safari brief after then you will continue with your rest at the hotel waiting for your safari adventure in next day.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning after breakfast at 8:30 am, our driver will pick you up at Hotel drive you to Tarangire National Park. We enjoy a game drive in the Tarangire National Park followed by Dinner & overnight at Panorama Campsite.
Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we head Tanzania Safaris towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the Central Park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the Park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy a 2hrs late evening game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight in the Seronera Nyani Camp.
Day 4: Serengeti Plain to Ngorongoro Crater
After a relaxing morning and an early lunch, you will have an early in the morning Tanzania Safaris game drive in Serengeti later back to the campsite for branch and hot lunch, Our driver and cook will load everything on the top of our safari jeep after then continue with the game drive while looking to be our of Serengeti to proceed to Ngorongoro. Today, you will be doing a game viewing en-route during your way from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater. You will be in Ngorongoro Crater late in the evening where the night will be spent on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara
After breakfast, we depart for the descend down the crater for a 5-6hrs game drive. In the crater, you can able to view the BIG 5. After a 5-6hrs game drive in the crater See buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many more species, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Wall. Dinner and overnight at Jambo Campsite.
Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
After breakfast at the campsite, you will continue with a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park for your Tanzania Safaris with packed lunch for game drives. Tanzania vacation packages are all-inclusive. The Lake occupies a large area of the park, the forest starts just when you cross the park gate along the base of the Great Rift Valley and hot spring to the west of the park. The park is home to Tree climbing Lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hippo, and troops of Baboons, also Flamingo birds, Ostrich, Egyptian Geese, and more. After your picnic lunch proceed with afternoon game drives and later on, we will drive you to Arusha in the Hotel we booked for your dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Arusha – Kilimanjaro National Park
On the first day, you will have a 2-hour drive through Kilimanjaro in the morning, passing the semi-tropical foothills to the Marangu for your safari in Tanzania, the area situated on the south-eastern side of the mountain. As you drive, there is usually some admirable view of the snow-capped peak of the mountain. On arrival at Marangu gate, you will meet your team of guides and porters, pick up any last-minute supplies for the trek, and head to the entrance of Mount Kilimanjaro National Park to register for the climb.
Mandara Hut is a collection of basic mountain huts with bunk beds where you inevitably meet up with fellow trekkers who are bent on the same goal. The Kilimanjaro trekking will take approximately 7 hours. Late in the evening, back to Arusha and stay overnight at Hotel after your Tanzania Safari. At the end of your safari, we will drop you off at the airport.
Day 8: Transfer to Airport (Kilimanjaro/Arusha airport)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home (depending on your flight time.

Booking Terms and Conditions
You can book one of our published itineraries for your safari and trekking/ combo safaris/ Serengeti safari or create your own program by contacting us through our email/ telephone on WhatsApp Typically, you can spend a week on safari and/or a week on trekking, and then relax on a white sand beach in Zanzibar. However, all combinations are possible, depending on your personal preferences and needs.
We can arrange airport transfers, including from/to Nairobi- through shuttle bus, Kilimanjaro airport, Arusha airport & Arusha bus station
Reservations
A 70% non-refundable deposit for your tour and safari holidays/trekking will be required for reservation of your holidays which will be sent through our company A/C
Thereafter, the payment for the remaining balance of 30% should be delivered to our company 60 days before your departure date. We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. An invoice will be sent to you when you are ready to start the booking process with us. You can pay us through cards (Visa, Master Card, Credit card & America express but there are bank surcharges of 5% which charged by Bank and not us.
For last-minute reservations, payment conditions will change
Cancellation
Prior Tour Departure, For Cancellations Received by Us in Writing Email and the clients, should be observing the terms and conditions:
The following cancellation fees will be made for cancellations
- Deposit is Non-Refundable if the booking is canceled 70% tour cost
- 29 -15 days prior: 50% tour cost
- 14 -7 days prior: 75% tour cost
- 6 days or less prior or no show: 100% tour cost.
There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason, whatsoever amendments made to the itinerary once paid for, may result in additional cost.
Alteration of Tours: Tanzania Safari
The right is reserved to change any arrangements should condition so necessitate.
Insurance:
It must be clearly understood that these are adventure safaris and there are certain dangers and risks which are inevitable. Whilst every care is taken for the safety and comfort of our clients. The company accepts no liability for all or any of the following:
- Damage or loss of property of any client, howsoever caused
- Sickness, infection, injury or death of the clients, howsoever caused
- Change of itinerary due to road and weather conditions.
- Damages, directly or indirectly, arising out of delays in departure or-arrival including delays occasioned by the missing of road, rail, ship or aircraft connections
- War and other likely calamities which may occur while on the safari
All of the above and other unexpected situations can arise before or during any type of vacation. Such an event might cause you to cut short your vacation or cause your trip to be canceled altogether. Unfortunately, because of the costs incurred by the tour operator. Any cancellation after booking incurs financial penalties, up to and including loss of the entire package price.
We Reserve The Following Rights:
To alter the route in the itinerary should condition necessitate for the good of the client. Existence of circumstances beyond the Company’s control which requires alternative arrangements during your tours and safari with us should immediately be made to ensure the safety, further participation, and enjoyment of your tour
Liability
The Company and its agents act only as agents or agents in all matters relating to Tanzania Safari tours. The liability carried on its own is governed by the respective laws of the country and all claims. It is strongly advised that you take out fully comprehensive insurance. Including death, medical expenses, injury, delays, loss, and damage of property.
We will not be held responsible for any such claims.
