Day 1: Arrive in Delhi

On arrival at Delhi airport meet with our office executive assistance and transfer to hotel check-in. (hotel check-in / out time 1200hr afternoon early check-in subject to room availability). Rest time free and easy to relax. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi (B)

Breakfast at hotel, full day combined city tour of Old & New Delhi. Visit the landmark of Old Delhi which includes Red Fort the residence of the Mughal emperor for nearly 200 years until 1857. Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques in the world, built by Shah Jahan. Cycle Rickshaw ride in Chandni chowk & Khari Baoli Spice Market a busy shopping area with markets full of spices, dried fruit, silver jewelry, and vivid saris, while the narrow side streets are crowded with tiny shops selling essential oils, stationery, and traditional Indian sweets. Raj Gath the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi where he was cremated after his assassination.
Later city tour of New Delhi visits Humayun Tomb the first garden-tomb in the Indian subcontinent and an early example of Mughal architecture commissioned by Humayun’s first wife Empress Bega Begum in 1569-70. Qutab Minar is a 73-meters tall minaret that forms part of the Qutb complex fine examples of Afghan architecture. Lotus Temple a Baháʼí House of Worship notable for its flowerlike shape open to all, regardless of religion.
Drive through VVIP areas passing President House, Parliament & India Gate, etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Agra (B)

Breakfast at the hotel drives to Agra check-in at the hotel. Afternoon city tour of Agra visit Taj Mahal an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the bank of the Yamuna river commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his favorite wife Mumtaz Mahal, it also houses the tomb of Shah Jahan himself. Agra Fort the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb a Mughal mausoleum commissioned by Nur Jahan, the wife of Jahangir, for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Abhaneri – Jaipur (B)

Breakfast at hotel drives to Jaipur en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Founded in 1569 by Mughal emperor Akbar and abandoned after 15 yrs due to scarcity of water. Predominately, a red sandstone construction sprawling over a huge area, the architectural style is very much in tune with the emperor’s dream & partakes of both Hindu & Muslim styles. See the graceful buildings including Diwan-E-Khas hall, Jodha Bais Palace, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal & Buland Darwaza.
Further, drive and visit Abhaneri a small village popular for the amazing Chand Baoris (step wells) and Harshat Mata Temple. Chand Baori is one of India’s deepest and largest step wells. The huge tank with delicate carvings is certainly delightful to the eyes. Continue to drive to Jaipur check-in at the hotel. In the evening explores the pink city and visits the colorful bazaars. As per your interest wrap up your day by watching a Bollywood movie at the opulent Rajmandir Cinema. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit 16th century built Amber Fort and enjoy Elephant Ride. Amber is a superb example of Rajput architecture, situated on a hilltop, overlooking a lake. Jaigarh Fort the magnificent fort constructed in 1726 situated on the top of the hill provides a stunning view of the Jaipur town & amber fort. Jai Van cannon in the fort is claimed to be the largest cannon on wheels in the world. The range of the gun is 22 miles and it consumes 100kgs of gunpowder for every shot.
Sisodia Rani Garden is adorned with beautiful wall paintings of the Radha-Krishna love story. This lush green royal garden is replete with flowerbeds, foliage, beautiful water fountains, pavilions, galleries, iridescent water channels, and murals. Galtaji Temple is a pre-historic Hindu pilgrimage site, the temple complex encompasses natural fresh water springs and 7 holy ‘kunds’ or water tanks.
Afternoon city tour of Jaipur. Visit City Palace a fine blend of Rajput & Mughal architecture which houses a fine collection of textiles, costumes, and armory. Palace of the Winds built-in 1799 the 5 storied stunning semi-octagonal monuments having 152 windows with over hanging latticed balconies a fine piece of Rajput architecture & the most recognizable monument of Jaipur. Jantar Mantar is an extraordinary observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh a great astronomer of his time.
Also, visit the Albert Hall Museum an Indo-Saracenic architecture designed by Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob. The museum has a rich collection of artifacts including paintings, jewelry, carpets, ivory, stone, metal sculptures, and coins from the Gupta, Kushan, Delhi Sultanate, Mughal, and British periods. An Egyptian mummy is the main attraction of this museum. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Jaipur  Pushkar – Udaipur (B)

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Udaipur en-route visit Pushkar, one of the oldest cities in India surrounded by hillocks on three sides. Along with an interesting mythological history, a legacy of timeless architectural heritage makes Pushkar a fascinating city. According to legends, Lord Brahma, believed to be the creator of the Universe dropped a lotus to the ground leading to the immediate creation of a lake. He then decided to name the place after the flower, and thus the name, Pushkar. The city of Pushkar is home to the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the whole world. Hindus consider a journey to Pushkar to be the ultimate pilgrimage that must be undertaken to attain salvation. Visit Pushkar Lake one of the holiest lakes in the country, having 52 bathing ghats & Brahma & Savitri Temple.
Continue to drive to Udaipur check-in at the hotel. Evening enjoys a boat cruise on Lake Pichola, see the ghats along the lake and the interesting buildings on the banks. The view of the city palace from the lake is spectacular. Two islands, Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir are located within Pichola Lake and have been developed with several palaces to provide views of the lake. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Udaipur (B)

Breakfast at hotel, city tour of Udaipur. The city of lakes is located around azure water lakes and is hemmed in by lush green hills of Aravallis. The famous Lake Palace, located in the middle of Lake Pichola is one of the most beautiful sights of Udaipur. It is also home to Jaisamand Lake, claimed to be the second-largest man-made sweet water lake in Asia. The beautiful City Palace and Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace) add to the architectural beauty and grandeur of the city. The city is also known for its profusion of zinc and marble. Solar observatory in Lake Fateh Sagar is the only observatory in India located on an island and has been made on the pattern of Big Bear Lake in Southern California.
Visit City Palace, Museum, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, Eklingji & Nagda Temple. Evening Boat Ride at Lake Pichola.
In the evening watch the “Dharohar” folk dance show at Bagore-ki-Haveli, a gorgeous 18th-century haveli that has been converted into a museum showcasing Mewar art and architecture. For an hour, performers dance to Rajasthani folk music wearing bright-colored ethnic dresses. The dances are varied and demonstrate the tradition and culture of Rajasthani folklore.

Day 8: Udaipur – Mumbai (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai airport assistance and transfer to hotel. Rest time free and easy to relax.

Day 9: Mumbai (B)

Breakfast at hotel, city tour of Mumbai. Drive through Parliament House, CST & Flora Fountain. Halt at Gateway of India an architectural marvel that scores over other buildings in Mumbai. From there board a motorboat famous Elephanta Caves (closed on Monday). A flight of 100 steps takes you to the top of the hill where it is set. This island is home to a series of seven magnificent rocks cut caves that show various incidents in the life of Lord Siva and other dramatic moments from Hindu mythology. These are chiseled with immense artistic finesse. Later in the afternoon cruise back to Gateway of India.
Afternoon visit Dhobi Ghat, a traditional laundryman, who will collect your dirty linen, wash it, and return it neatly pressed to your doorstep. Almost two hundred dhobis and their families work together in what has always been a hereditary occupation. In the evening pass by Marine Drive fondly dubbed as the Queen Necklace, because of the dramatic curve of its streetlights at night. You may halt at Chowpatty Beach one of Mumbai’s most popular promenades and a favorite sunset-watching spot. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Mumbai – Goa (B)

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport to board flight for Goa. On arrival at Goa airport assistance and transfer to resort. The rest of the day is free and easy to relax on the beach. Overnight at the resort.

Day 11: Goa (B)

Breakfast at hotel, city tour of Goa, famously known as “Pearl of the Orient” and a “Tourist Paradise”. Goa is famous for its magnificent scenic beauty and the architectural splendors of its temples, churches, and old houses. Visit the Old Goa monument the basilica of Bom Jesus the 16th-century church dedicated to infant Jesus and housing the tomb of St. Francis Xavier a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The other Churches in the same area are St. Cathedral, with its vaulted interior, Church of Our Lady of Miracles, Church of our Lady of Rosary, and Nunnery of St. Monica. The Aguada Fort built by the Portuguese commands the mouth of the Mondovi River and on the fort stands a 4-story Portuguese lighthouse and the oldest of its kind in Asia. In the evening enjoy a Cruise over the Mondovi River. Overnight at the resort.

Day 12: Goa (B)

Breakfast at the hotel, day free, and easy to relax. Enjoy the sunshine, pristine and golden-sand beaches, vibrant nightlife, culture, and amazing Goan cuisine. The urban and cosmopolitan regions of North Goa are best known for their vibrant nightlife and party scene and are home to numerous clubs, pubs, and casinos. Panaji, the capital of Goa, is best known for its floating casinos that are incredibly popular. South Goa is a lot more peaceful and rustic and has a number of amazing beaches such as Palolem Beach, Patnem, and Rajbagh Beach. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13: Goa – Cochin (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for Cochin. On arrival at Cochin airport assistance and transfer to hotel. Later city tour of Cochin has managed to preserve the remnants of its colonial past with utmost care. Explore Fort Kochi & smell the seawater and fish, hungover nets, and locals on the beach. Visit the church of St Francis, the oldest European church in India, then walk to the town’s waterfront site of the iconic Chinese fishing nets and the many fish stalls. Later visit Mattancherry Palace, which was built by the Portuguese in 1557 as a gift to the Raja of Kochi, and the town’s fine synagogue. The area here is also known for its many antique and souvenir shops. End the day with a mesmeric sunset cruise around the bustling harbor. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Cochin – Alleppey (B)

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Alleppey to join a private houseboat for a 4hrs cruise. Board a houseboat from here and enjoy the cruise through the enchanting backwaters. Alleppey, also called the Venice of East, is interlocked with a large number of canals and bridges. The houseboat comprises a double/ twin bedroom, with attached bathrooms, running water, and a lounge area in which to relax and enjoy the sights on the shore. Start sail through scenic backwaters, passing through one of the few areas in the world where farming is done below sea level. Witness local life with children swimming and playing in the water, women attending to their daily chores, and men fishing from their canoes. Lunch on board during the 4hrs cruise. After the boat cruise enjoys a canoe ride for 1hr then drive back to Cochin. Overnight at the hotel.
