    🏡 Villa Room Arrangement

    Our villa has 3 private bedrooms in total, each with a 7-ft king-size bed (max 2 guests per room). For larger groups, extra futon mattresses may be prepared.

    Because you are staying overnight, you are not required to return to Chiang Mai immediately after breakfast.

Please Note

  • Activity LevelExpect stairs/roots, wet & uneven surfaces, short uphill/downhill sections during the trek.
  • Health & SafetyNon-swimmers are welcome, as life jackets and safety briefing are provided
  • Pregnant guests are welcome up to 6 months of pregnancy only
  • Guests must be able to climb in and out of a tube independently or with minimal assistance
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Accommodation NoticeAccommodation is located at Tubing Chiang Mai Base Camp, the same property as Huay Kub Kab the Villa.
  • The pool villa has only 3 rooms and 1 swimming pool. Guests will not share their room with other booking groups, but room sharing may apply within your own group depending on the room arrangement.
  • Guests who prefer not to share a room with friends in their own booking group may request a private room upgrade at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • The swimming pool is shared only among guests staying in the pool villa option.
  • Water ConditionsTubing duration may vary depending on river level and weather conditions
  • The itinerary may be adjusted for safety reasons, especially during the rainy season
  • TransfersThis is a shared group experience
