Please Note

  • Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the afternoon timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. For boarding, it is recommended to arrive at the departure location 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This activity has two departures:From Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema. The departure point is in the area between the 'Ferries 1' bus stop and the 'Bouverie' bus stop. When you arrive at this location, you need to look for the red boat.(Or)From Buġibba Jetty, Dawret Il-Gżejjer, St. Paul's Bay. When you arrive at this location, you need to look for the red boat. This is not a guided tour; the stops in Victoria, the capital city of Gozo, and at the Blue Lagoon will be at leisure (free time). To ensure that you don't miss your return transportation to the boat, please make sure you arrive at the agreed-upon meeting place by the time your driver has indicated. On location, if you have any questions or doubts about the timings or the meeting points, kindly ask the crew or your driver to clarify so that you make sure you understand all instructions correctly. To make sure you don't miss any of your land and sea transport, it is always advisable to be back at any of the designated meeting points a few minutes early. During your stop at Comino, the boat will not stay on location; upon your arrival in Comino, the boat will depart and return to pick you up at a later time for your return trip from Comino to Sliema or St. Paul's Bay. If you have any questions or doubts about the departure time or the meeting point for your return trip from Comino to Sliema or St. Paul's Bay, kindly ask the crew to clarify so that you make sure you understand all instructions and the timetable correctly. The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller. The optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon is not included; this can be booked on-site with the crew and paid on location. Please note that this trip is available only during the summer season and is always subject to weather conditions. The fee is around €15 per person (the fee can change without prior notice). Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness. Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat. Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments. The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits or alter the itinerary and timetable subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints. If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund. No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
