Please Note

Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the afternoon timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. For the boarding, you must arrive at the departure location 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The boat departs from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema; the departure point is near the 'Ferries 4' bus stop. When you arrive at this location, you need to look for either the 'Kataleya' boat (white boat) or the 'Lady Shelley' boat (white/red/yellow boat). The trip will be done on one of these vessels. The duration of the activity is approximately 7 hours from January to March and from November to December and approximately 7 hours and 30 minutes from April to October. This is not a guided tour; the two stops in Gozo and Comino will be at leisure (free time). During your stop in Gozo, please ensure you return to the designated meeting point by the time specified by your driver to avoid missing your return transportation to the boat. The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller. Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness. Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments. A cash bar serving some snacks and beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar. Snorkelling equipment can be rented or purchased onboard the boat. Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat. Passengers must take all personal belongings with them when exiting the bus at any stop. This cruise operates daily all year round, excluding Christmas Day (25th of December). The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits or alter the itinerary subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints. If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund. No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
