  • If a ticket has been redeemed and used but you are unable to visit the 78th floor due to inclement weather, you can present the actual ticket to Mahanakhon staff at the ticketing counter to request re-entry directly. This allows for re-entry on the next day or within a maximum of 3 days after the initial visit.
