Itinerary

Nairobi to Maasai Mara

At 8 am, you will be picked up from your hotel within the city centre/Westland area and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in the camp in time for lunch .Check in and have lunch. In the evening at 4:00pm depart for a sunset game viewing drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve where chances of seeing the big cats is extremely high which lasts for 2 hours ,ends at 6:00pm.

Return back to the camp/lodge for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting.

Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Depart Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

You will have an early break fast  and there after commence drive to Nakuru arrive there in the late evening. Optional  Maasai Village visit at an extra cost.Check in and overnight at Lanet Matfam/similar:.[ ]

Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

This is a private safari as no group to  Amboseli

You will have an early breakfast and check out and go straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you will start drive  to Amboseli national park  with Lunch on the way .

Amboseli Park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains.

Arrive in Amboseli with an en route game drive in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Full Day in Amboseli.

Morning breakfast and start the game drive around the park and get to visit the observation point over looking the whole park on a birds eye view angle. Continue with the game drives as you look for the predators i.e. the lions and cheetahs. Amboseli is rich with elephant species which are in many herds and also you can view the great mountain of Kilimanjaro slopes and whole view. Lunch and afternoon rest in the pool. In the evening start the game drive as you look for the predators since they are more active this time. Dinner and rest.
