Itinerary

Mae Ngat Valley rice field cycling

8:30 am Hotel Pickup , drop off at the shop for sign up and bike fitting

9:30 am drive to the Mae Ngat valley, Wat Ban Den to start our Bike ride

10:30 am we are off riding through farm land, visiting markets and the blue mountain range past the Mae Ngat Dam

1:30 pm arrival at our lunch place near the river the Mango plantation

3:30 pm hotel transfer

Children: Ages 4-5 on a "Tag along " Kids Bikes 6 and up .
