Itinerary

El Querandi Tango Show

7:30-8:30 pm: We’ll get your evening started by picking you up from your hotel in our comfy minibus. We’ll pass Recoleta, Microcentro, Palermo and Puerto Madero as we head over to the historic barrio of San Telmo: the birthplace of tango.

9 pm: Upon sitting down for dinner, you’ll be presented with a variety of Argentine and international dishes to choose from. You and your group will have your table to give you a bit of intimacy in which to enjoy this three-course meal and, of course, some wine (optional).

10:15 pm: After dinner, the show begins! You’ll hear some classic tango pieces from the string quartet and see incredible precision and passion among the four onstage dancing couples.

Two singers will tell you about the history of tango and of Buenos Aires itself, as well as singing some beautiful pieces.

Around 11:30 pm: Our evening will come to a close as we drop you back at your hotel around midnight.

  • Important: for New Year's Eve, the Tango House offers a special dinner and show. Please select the appropriate option when making the payment as the other options won't be available.

  • The pick up transfer is only from selected centrally located hotels. If your hotel is outside the geographic area, we will confirm you the closest meeting point. Indicate the name and address of your hotel. You should wait in the lobby of the hotel. If you selected the option without transfers, please go directly to the entrance door of El Querandi, Perú 302.
