- Maximum Group Size: To ensure a personalized experience, the limit is set at 8 guests per guide. We maintain flexibility (there may be 1–2 extra guests to avoid separating bookings, or the tour may depart with fewer than 6 people).
- 🛣️ Route and SafetyRoute: 100% of the tour takes place in the City Center and on the Tiber River cycling path. Although routes are carefully selected, it is important to note that light surface vehicular traffic is occasionally unavoidable.
- 🍽️ Culinary ExperienceTasting: The culinary experience consists of a tasting (shared samples of typical Roman products), and not a full meal.
- ⚠️ Suitability and RiskRiding Experience: Possession of a minimum level of cycling experience is mandatory.
- Guide's Discretion: A short assessment test will be conducted before departure. The guide reserves the absolute right to deny participation (without refund) to any guest deemed unsuitable due to riding abilities or physical/mental conditions.
- 👶 Children PolicyInfants: Infants and babies (up to 20kg / 44lbs) travel free in a provided child seat.
- Children: Children (under 139cm / 4ft 7in in height) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
- E-Bike Minimum Age: The minimum age to operate one's own E-Bike is 12 years old.
