Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

  • Welcome, transfer to hotel, trek briefing.

Day 2

Explore Gorkha Palace and surroundings.
Day 3

Drive to Barpak (1,900m)

  • Start of the homestay trek in a traditional Gurung village.

Day 4

Uphill through forests with Himalayan views.
Day 5

Remote and rugged trails, prepare for pass crossing.
Day 6

Scenic but challenging high pass day.
Day 7

Descend to Budhi Gandaki Valley, join Manaslu Circuit.
Day 8

Pass small settlements and suspension bridges.
Day 9

Forested trails and Buddhist monasteries.
Day 10

Trek to Lho (3,180m)

  • Stunning views of Manaslu, visit Lho monastery.

Day 11

Alpine landscapes and yak pastures.
Day 12

Acclimatization Day in Samagaon

  • Optional hike to Manaslu Base Camp viewpoint.

Day 13

Short day, explore Tibetan village.
Day 14

Final stop before Larkya La Pass.
Day 15

Cross Larkya La Pass (5,160m) to Bimthang (3,720m)

  • One of the most scenic days of the trek.

Day 16

Descend through rhododendron forests.
Day 17

Short trek and scenic drive.
Day 18

Return to the capital, farewell dinner.
Day 19

Optional sightseeing or rest day.
Day 20

  • Transfer to airport for onward journey.
