Itinerary

Day 1
  • Arrival in Nepal

    Arrival in Nepal. Airport pickup and hotel check-in. Evening welcome circle and gentle stretch session.

Day 2
  • Enjoy a scenic 6-7 hour drive to Pokhara. Sunset yoga session near Phewa Lake.
    Overnight: 3-star hotel in Pokhara

Day 3
  • Morning yoga

    Morning yoga. Drive to Kande and start a short 2–3 hr trek to Australian Camp. Evening yin yoga with mountain views.
    Overnight: Mountain eco-lodge

Day 4

Trek to Landruk (1,565m) Early meditation and breakfast. Trek 5–6 hours through forest and village trails. Overnight: Teahouse lodge

Day 5

Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) Morning breathwork and a 4–5 hour trek to Ghandruk, known for its culture and views. Overnight: Lodge with mountain panorama.

Day 6
  • Trek to Nayapul, then drive back to Pokhara

    Trek to Nayapul, then drive back to Pokhara. Optional massage. Evening yoga nidra.

Day 7
  • Sunrise vinyasa, midday yoga workshop, evening sound bath, or sharing circle.
