A detailed itinerary for a Private Day Hike from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan:
08:30 am: Wake up and have a hearty breakfast to prepare for the hike.
09:00 am: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel’s lobby and you’ll drive to the hiking start point near Nagarkot. This drive will take about 45 minutes.
09:45 am: Arrive at the hiking start point near Nagarkot.
10:00 am: Your hike starts from Telkot, Nagarkot. This hike will take about 2 hours. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air.
12:00 pm: You’ll arrive at Changu Narayan Temple. Start your sightseeing of the temple. This is a great opportunity to learn about the local culture and history.
12:30 pm: Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant (own cost). This is a great time to try some local cuisine.
01:30 pm: After lunch, you’ll have some free time to explore the area around the temple.
02:00 pm: Drive back to Kathmandu. This drive will take about an hour.
03:00 pm: Arrive back at your hotel in Kathmandu. You can rest and freshen up. trip ends here!
