Stop 3

Visit Khun Tan Tunnel, the longest railway tunnel in Thailand (approx. 1,352 meters). Surrounded by forest and fresh mountain air, it’s a quick stop that’s great for photos, a short walk, and a bit of Thai railway history.

Stop 4

Stop at Tha Chomphu White Bridge, a local Lamphun landmark with classic character and gorgeous river views. It’s a perfect quick walk-and-photo moment—and our guide will explain the history and the little details most visitors miss.

Stop 5

Wat Phra That Hariphunchai is Lamphun’s most important temple—and one of Northern Thailand’s true cultural highlights. Centered around a magnificent golden chedi believed to enshrine a sacred Buddha relic, the temple combines elegant Lanna architecture with a calm, beautifully maintained atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that feels both meaningful and memorable: peaceful to visit, impressive to photograph, and perfect for anyone who wants a more refined, authentic experience beyond the usual tourist stops.

Stop 6

Hariphunchai National Museum is the best place to understand Lamphun beyond the temples. The exhibits take you through the ancient Hariphunchai Kingdom with beautifully displayed Buddha images, stone inscriptions, terracotta pieces, and archaeological finds from the region. It’s calm, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully curated—perfect for a refined cultural stop that adds real meaning to what you’re seeing at Wat Phra That Hariphunchai and around town.

Stop 7

Visit the Phra Nang Chamathewi Monument, a landmark honoring Lamphun’s iconic queen and the origins of the ancient Hariphunchai Kingdom. It’s a great photo stop—and our guide will bring the history to life with the local version of the story.

Stop 8

Wat San Pa Yang Luang is one of Lamphun’s most beautiful Lanna-style temples—elegant, detailed, and quietly impressive.

Stop 9

Ku Chang looks simple at first—but it holds one of Lamphun’s most fascinating legends from the Hariphunchai era. We’ll visit briefly, and our guide will explain the surprising history behind it (and why locals still pay respect here).

Stop 10

Wat Chamadevi (also called Wat Ku Kut) is one of Lamphun’s most atmospheric temples—and it comes with a seriously good story. The grounds are quiet and local, with old brickwork, shady trees, and a peaceful “step back in time” feeling. It’s a beautiful stop if you want something historic, less crowded, and full of character—perfect for travelers who love culture with a calm, authentic vibe.

Stop 11

Drop-off back to Starbucks Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center.
