Propel yourself to the scenic shallow lake surrounded by marshes, woodland and grassland replete with rhinoceros, Rothschild giraffe, wild big cats, buffalo, Thompson gazelle, etc. with your expert tour guide.
Nestled along Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, Lake Nakuru National Park offers a diverse landscape of rocky caves, brushy grasslands, and, of course, Lake Nakuru. The national park is populated with an abundance of wildlife, including more than 400 different bird species, but its huge draw is the gathering of greater and lesser flamingos that wade across the lake.

The wildlife experience at Lake Nakuru National Park truly exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled by the range of birds I spotted, from vibrant kingfishers to majestic pelicans, while the drive through the park offered glimpses of impalas and rhinos. My only suggestion would be for the transportation to include more comfortable seating, as the ride back to Nairobi felt a bit cramped after such an exhilarating day.

We had an unforgettable day watching flocks of flamingos take flight over the shimmering waters of Lake Nakuru, a sight that truly left us in awe. The safari was filled with encounters with graceful giraffes and playful monkeys roaming freely in their natural habitat. One suggestion we have is to offer more detailed information about the bird species we spotted, as it would enhance the overall experience for nature enthusiasts like us.

Exploring Lake Nakuru National Park was an unforgettable adventure for us, especially when we spotted a flock of flamingos gliding over the shimmering lake. The wildlife sightings were incredible, but a more organized schedule for lunch would have made our day even smoother.
