Exploring the Villavicencio Natural Reserve was a highlight of my time in Mendoza. The winding paths through the Andes offered stunning views that made every moment worthwhile, especially as I reached the overlook near the historic spa where the landscape opened up dramatically. I found myself captivated by the rich colors of the mountains and the serene atmosphere; it felt like stepping into a painting. The spa itself had a charming vibe, but I wished there had been more time to soak in the thermal pools. The tour guide was knowledgeable and added depth to my experience, weaving in stories about the area’s history. One small downside was that the group size felt a bit large at times, which took away from the intimacy of the experience. Nonetheless, I left feeling refreshed and inspired by the natural beauty surrounding me.

Our group had an amazing time exploring the Villavicencio Natural Reserve; the scenic drive through the Andes was breathtaking and made for some unforgettable photos. We kicked things off with a short hike that led us to stunning viewpoints, where the natural beauty truly took our breath away. The highlight was definitely the visit to the historic spa; soaking in the thermal waters felt rejuvenating after our trek. One small drawback was that the tour felt a bit rushed at times, especially at the spa where we could’ve easily lingered longer. Overall, the combination of adventure and relaxation was perfect for our group, and we loved every moment spent in the great outdoors. If you’re in Mendoza, this experience is a must for nature lovers! Just be sure to bring your camera—those views are not to be missed!
