After 1 h 30 min you will arrive in Qafshtama area and the first stop is at Source of the Queen Mother , known for its clean, clear and healthy water. The legend refers to the Albanian Royal Family, allegedly daily supply from this water source would be after of a laboratory in Vienna had awarded it as the best water in the country in 1932 by performing laboratory tests.
After that you will start hiking to the Qafshtama National Park on the highest peak - Red Mountain Peak .
Hiking takes 2 hours up and 1.30 hours down - Medium level
After hiking and enjoying the great nature of Qafshtama National Park you will return back in Tirana .

However, the lunch options could have been more diverse, as we only had a basic sandwich, but the stunning scenery more than made up for it.

Exploring the picturesque Qafshtama National Park while trout fishing was a refreshing break from our usual business routine. We were driven through stunning landscapes, which set the tone for a relaxing day outdoors. Although the fishing could be a bit slow at times, the sheer beauty of the scenery and the camaraderie we found in our small group made up for it.
