Your local student guides will arrive at your hotel (5 mins before your starting time) to pick you up on motorbikes, or we can arrange to meet at the Saigon Opera House as a meeting point. Refresh taste of kumquat coconut or pineapple jam coconut in District 3 and your guides will introduce you to fellow guests joining the food tour. Next, we’ll head to Le Van Tam Park to relish our signature dish, papaya salad, exclusive to our food tour.

We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant streets and tasting a variety of unique dishes on our motorbike adventure. Each stop offered something different, from savory bites to sweet treats that delighted our taste buds. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories about the flavors and culture behind each dish. However, the traffic was a bit overwhelming at times, and it could have been nice to have more time to relax between stops. Overall, this tour is an excellent way to dive into the local culinary scene while enjoying the dynamic atmosphere of the city.

During our time in Ho Chi Minh City, we jumped on motorbikes to explore some of the best street food the city has to offer. The thrill of weaving through traffic was exhilarating and made us feel like true locals. We tasted an array of unique dishes, from savory banh xeo to delightful fresh spring rolls, each one leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds. One of the highlights was trying pho from a stall that has been around for decades; the flavors were rich and authentic. While the experience was largely enjoyable, the pace felt a bit rushed at times, making it hard to fully savor each dish. We also had to navigate some overly busy streets, which could be overwhelming for those not used to the chaos of city driving. Overall, this culinary adventure was a fantastic way to appreciate the vibrant food culture in the bustling heart of the city.
