About This Tour

This is the perfect activity for snorkelling enthusiasts and for those looking to spend 3 and a half hours at sea exploring Comino Island and its surroundings.

Departing from our base in St. Julian’s at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m., you will cruise along the eastern coast of Malta, passing by the fascinating St. Paul’s Islands, and then heading straight to the island of Comino.

Our first stop will be to visit the Santa Maria caves, where you will have the opportunity to admire the caves from the boat (there will be no swim stop at the caves). We will then proceed to the iconic Blue Lagoon, where you will step ashore for a stop of approximately one hour.

Prepare to be dazzled by the turquoise, crystal-clear waters of the renowned Blue Lagoon! This enchanting bay with transparent cyan waters, a white sandy base, and a rich marine life is the perfect spot for a relaxing break. Enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the exquisite waters of the Blue Lagoon.

Our final stop will be at the Crystal Lagoon. This lagoon is a perfect spot for divers and snorkelers, and it is one of the nicest and most sheltered lagoons in Malta. Here we will drop anchor and swim directly from the boat, dive in for a refreshing dip, and enjoy exploring this gorgeous lagoon.

You will arrive back at our base in St. Julian’s at approximately 1:00 p.m. (for those who departed at 9:30 a.m.) and at approximately 5:00 p.m. (for those who departed at 1:30 p.m.).

Masks and snorkels will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own snorkelling gear if you prefer to.

Exploring the stunning lagoons was a highlight for us, especially when we spotted a school of vibrant fish darting around the crystal waters. The only hiccup was the slightly crowded feeling during peak times, but we managed to find some quieter spots to soak in the beauty. Overall, it was an unforgettable way to spend the afternoon together, and we left feeling rejuvenated and connected with nature.

We had a blast snorkelling in the stunning blue lagoons, especially mesmerized by the crystal-clear waters around Comino. A couple of our group wished we had more time to explore, but the experience was definitely worth it!
