Picked up by your guide from your accommodation in or around the capital region of Reykjavik. You can choose which time suits you best to start the tour. This
tour takes about 11 hours, so in the summer time, it doesn´t really matter when you start the tour because of 24 hours of daylight. In winter, it is better to
start the tour early due to short days.
First stop is Seljalandsfoss waterfall. This is one Icelands most ideal waterfalls. Photographers absolutely love to photo of this one. Most of the year you can walk behind the waterfall, but make sure you have something water resistance, because you will get a little bit wet. The water in this waterfall runs from the glacier lying on top of Eyjafjallajokull volcano.
A short drive further to the east, you will drive pat the fence of bras and visit Skogafoss waterfall. This waterfall is one of the best ones in Iceland and Reykjavik Outventure staff has picked it as the number 1 in Iceland. If you have ever imagined the perfect waterfall, then it would probably look something like this one.
Next is what everyone has been waiting for! The glacier hike! For every traveler, this is the highlight of their trip. Hiking on one of Icelands glacier, feeling all
its energy and learning the history of it, takes your Iceland trip to another level.
Last stop before heading back to Reykjavik, is the Black Sand Beach or Reynisfjara beach. This beach is known for Game of thrones being filmed there. It is also known for its surreal beauty surrounded by volcanoes, glaciers and volcanic cliffs.
