Day 1 Arrival in El Calafate
According to your flight itinerary, you will be picked up at the airport by your own private driver and transferred to your selected hotel (3 nights accommodation in Standard room ). After check in, you will enjoy the rest of the free day.
Day 2 El Calafate - Mini Trekking at Perito Moreno Glacier
This full day excursion will take you to walk over the glacier, fully equipped and accompanied by our certified bilingual guides. You will also have access to the Glacier's balconies during a whole hour in order to get the best views and landscapes of the National Park before going for this one of a kind experience. The excursion includes a 20 minutes navigation to the Perito Moreno Glacier and a long walk of 1h30 over the ice to discover every corner of the Glacier. A whisky on ice of the glacier will be served at the end of the trek to warm up the body (for adults only).
Day 3 El Calafate - Glaciers Gourmet Experience
Following morning pickup at your hotel in El Calafate, a transfer will take you to the pier to embark on a luxury cruise through Los Glaciares National Park. With “Glaciers Gourmet Experience“ we will navigate on Lago Argentino towards Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo. Then, we will reach the Canal Spegazzini in order to see the glacier that bears the same name. The navigation will allow us to get closer to the glacier which has front walls between 80 and 135 meters (262 – 443 feet) above lake level. The Cruise will arrive at Puesto de Las Vacas (an extremely quiet bay in the Canal Spegazzini) where its engines will be stopped to let passengers share an amusing walk coordinated by our team of guides. In this stop it is possible to see stunning panoramic views of the Spegazzini glacier.
The navigation will continue towards the Herminita Peninsula and the series of ice floes, of the most varied colors and shapes, anticipates the proximity of Upsala glacier. We will stop in front of the barrier of ice floes which at present is blocking the entrance to Canal Upsala. If the weather conditions are good, we will observe the Upsala glaciers at the distance. A gourmet lunch box is served during navigation.
We will continue navigating to Canal de los Tempano to finally reach the Perito Moreno Glacier, constantly advancing and causing the spectacular rupture of the wall of ice providing one of Nature's most impressive sights. We will return to the pier and after to El Calafate.
Day 4 El Calafate - End of the trip
Your private driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the departure Airport to board your return flight. This is the end of services.
